Working practices have been developed by Owen, Simon and their Chairman Steve Fitzgerald through their vast experience of the insurance industry.  Delta will share these practices, the technical tools, and infrastructure required to turnaround claims with franchisees, while offering them expert case advice and guidance through the Delta brand.    

Delta is the first company to employ the franchise structure to a loss adjusting practice.  By combining the single brand with a group of highly motivated adjusters, the company’s model holds greater incentive for both franchisee and franchisor to make Delta a success.
